Shipping options:

 We offer a wide range of shipping options. We usually ship with: DHL / FEDEX / UPS / TNT / USPS. we can also ship you packages with a designated company that you request. Please contact us here.

Shipping Policy:

• Order processing time: up to 72 hours.
• Shipping time: 3-11 business days. *as shown in checkout.
• Tracking number will be provided to the customer's email.

All our shipments are 100% insured by an insurance and liability company. Be confident when you make a purchase from us.

Refunds, returns, cancellation and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at detectorsone@gmail.com with your order number and a photos of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
